
Open Outlook Express, then click "Tools" and then "Accounts".

Once in the Internet Accounts box, click on "Add" then "Mail".

Enter in your display name (This is the name people will see when they get an E-Mail from you) then click "Next".

Enter in your full E-Mail address then click "Next".

Check that the incoming mail server is set to "POP3", fill in the following for incoming POP3 server with pop.secureserver.net and outgoing SMTP server with smtpout.secureserver.net and click "Next".

Enter in your full E-Mail address in the account name field and your password as shown in the image above. Make sure "Log on using Secure Password Authentication" is NOT checked. Then click "Next" and "Finish".

Again click "Tools" and then "Accounts".

Select the mail account you just created and click "Properties".

Select the "Servers" tab at the top, then select the box "My server requires authentication", and click "OK".
