
Open Microsoft Outlook, then click "Tools" and then "E-Mail Accounts"

Select "Add a new E-Mail account" then click "Next".

Select "POP3" then click "Next".

Enter in your name, E-Mail address, password. Then fill in the incoming POP3 server with pop.secureserver.net and outgoing SMTP server with smtpout.secureserver.net Then click "More Settings..."

Select the "Outgoing Server" tab, then check box for "My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication" and ensure that "Use same settings as my incoming server" is selected. Then click "OK".

Click "Next" and finally "Finish".
